How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders within Saudi Arabia typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International orders generally take 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The full shipping cost is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase with no surprises.

How do I place an Order?
Browse our catalog, add your items to the cart, and head to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately once your order is successfully placed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can request a cancellation or modification to your order as long as it has not yet been packed or dispatched. Contact our support team as quickly as possible after placing your order via care@attent.com or through the Help Center on the platform. Once your order has been packed or handed to the shipping carrier, changes and cancellations can no longer be processed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. That said, registering for a free account gives you access to order tracking, full purchase history, loyalty rewards points, and a faster checkout experience on future orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also monitor your order at any time through the Order Tracking section in your account. Your order progresses through the following stages: Pending, Confirmed, Packed, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
How Can I Return a Product?
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, you can submit a return or exchange request by contacting us at care@attent.com or through the Orders section in your account. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond with the appropriate next steps within a reasonable timeframe.
